Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, new product launches, or high-volume periods.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website and social media platforms.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Liv at the Altar is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some items may be fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. These products may ship separately from other items in your order and may require additional processing time.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
